Personal Hygine

CIFS Pvt. Ltd. we expect our employees to follow strict personal hygiene and grooming standards. It is essential to have a bath every day, keep your hair and nails short and formal. In our production area there is a strict no jewellery policy that does not allow for any type of bracelet, ring, earrings, piercings or even watches. Mangalsutras should be kept inside the T-shirt at all times and must not be permitted to fall out.

Basic Etiquette

Basic etiquette rules that employees have to follow are to always greet guests and customers with a smile. They do not ask for tips and favors from guests. They always wear their identity card when they are on duty. They follow strict hand washing deadlines.

Safety Procedures

Working in sterile clean rooms requires us to have set gowning and de-gowning procedures. Not just following gowning procedures when in the sterile room, scratching their head, combing their hair, or even bringing any non-approved items into the sterile area.
